The role
Endotherapeutics, a leader in delivering innovative medical solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated medical devices sales Associate Product Specialist to join our Gastrointestinal (GI) division for a full-time maternity relief position. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technologies, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
The role of an Associate Product Specialist is to actively promote, educate and support the adoption of the specified portfolio of Endotherapeutics products. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the GI division
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including gastroenterologists, surgeons, and hospital staff
- Provide product education, in-service training, and technical support to customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize territory performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
Contract duration:12 months (minimum)
About you
- Education: Tertiary qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Nursing, clinical knowledge or previous sales experience in the Colorectal and Endoscopy fields is highly advantageous, providing you with a deeper understanding of our products and customers’ needs
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the Victoria West and North territory
