Aids the physician or speech pathologist in administrating the esophageal insufflation test to determine the ability of a laryngectomized patient to produce tracheoesophageal voice. Disposable system consists of a 50cm long, silicone (latex-free), 14 French catheter imprinted with a 25cm length marker attached to an insertable tracheostoma adapter. The tip of the catheter is radiopaque for convenient fluoroscopic viewing. A tracheostoma housing and double-sided adhesive discs are provided for attaching the tracheostoma adapter.
