Ivan Srejber
Co-Founder, Group Executive Chairman Australia & New Zealand

Ivan has over 30 years’ experience in medical device technologies, having founded and co-founded several successful private company start-ups. Starting his healthcare career as a general nurse and completing a post graduate qualification in intensive care, Ivan took an interest in the medical devices industry in the early 1980s. Ivan pursued this new path as a product specialist with a leading medical devices distribution company, progressing to product management and becoming a General Manager at AMS American Medical Systems from 1987-1993.
In 1993, Ivan founded Endovasive Pty Ltd and in 1999 co-founded Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd. In 2016, Ivan and Ms Rachelle Hodgson co-founded Endotherapeutics NZ Ltd, trading as Endoventure. Ivan’s extensive knowledge of the global network of the medical devices industry has developed Endotherapeutics into a diversified leading medical technologies company in Australia and New Zealand. With Ivan’s leadership, Endotherapeutics continues to focus on our commitment to improving healthcare and enhancing quality of life.

Peter Ord
Co-Founder, Non-Executive Director

With over forty five (45) years of executive management, marketing and sales experience in the USA, UK and Australia, and associated Board Directorships, Peter’s detailed knowledge of both the multi-national and entrepreneurial healthcare businesses, provides complementary results for the companies of Peter’s engagement. The most recent companies include the Device Technologies Group and Endotherapeutics.
Peter co-founded Endotherapeutics in 1999 and continues to contribute to the successful growth of the company.

Adam Srejber
CEO, Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd

Adam has worked at Endotherapeutics for nine years and has been involved in every aspect of the business, from Operations and Customer Service, to Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Finance.
During his time at Endotherapeutics Adam has successfully re-structured Endotherapeutics business to ensure it continues to be dynamic, professional and customer focussed whilst also successfully leading the introduction of numerous innovative new healthcare technologies.
Adam has degrees with honours in Finance and Law from Macquarie University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
As CEO, Adam is passionate about ensuring Endotherapeutics is a great place to work, and takes pride in continuing to ensure Endotherapeutics continues to delivers on its mission of improving healthcare.

Rachelle Hodgson
CEO, Endoventure NZ

Rachelle founded Endoventure in 2007, after 5 years nursing and 10 years in the New Zealand medical devices industry.
Endoventure became part of the Endotherapeutics Group in July 2016, which has enabled Australasian representation for suppliers.
As CEO of NZ, Rachelle leads a fantastic team of experienced and highly skilled people. Endoventure thrives on delivering innovative, life enhancing products and working very closely with the clinical teams.

Tracy Bucciarelli
CFO, Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd

Tracy joined Endotherapeutics in August 2023, with over 30 years of leadership experience within ASX listed and multinational companies primarily in healthcare, energy, and technology industries.
A strategic CFO, Tracy leads business stakeholders through change building strong partnerships with the leadership team, board, banking and investor relations to develop, communicate and implement strategy. She is focused on enhancing organisations’ financial and operational management and catalysing growth.
Tracy has a track record of delivering financial outcomes including all statutory compliance, building financial systems and automation, business analysis and planning, pricing solutions, governance and risk, contracts management, and M&A.

Ireny Rose
Head of Marketing

Ireny joined Endotherapeutics in 2024, bringing extensive expertise in medical device marketing. With over a decade of experience in marketing communications, she specialises in crafting and executing both digital and traditional strategies that deliver measurable results and elevate customer experience.
Motivated by a passion for data-driven decision-making, Ireny is proficient at tailoring key messaging to meet customer needs and expectations. In her previous roles, she has successfully built and led high-performing teams, launched eCommerce platforms, and managed diverse marketing initiatives across both products and services business units.
At Endotherapeutics, Ireny leads a highly skilled team committed to delivering educational and valuable content that empowers customers and enhances their decision-making. Through a collaborative and innovative approach, she ensures the team consistently produces impactful, customer-centric material that drives engagement and build long-term relationships.

Court Richardson
Regulatory Affairs Manager

Court has worked at Endotherapeutics for several years. In his capacity as Regulatory Affairs Manager Court has achieved numerous medical device registrations of all classes of medical devices. Court’s primary focus is on reimbursement submissions, where he has achieved private health reimbursement for a number of implantable prostheses via inclusion on the Commonwealth Prostheses List, including the creation of new reimbursement categories on the list.
Court has also achieved Medicare funding via the Medicare Benefits Schedule for Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation, where he was able to ensure the cost of the medical device consumables were funded by the Australian government.

Tamara Oreskovic
People and Culture Leader

Tamara has a blend of experience across Human Resources and Recruitment within a variety of industries such as Building Materials and the Disability sector. Prior to working in Human Resources and Recruitment, Tamara also spent several years working as a qualified CPA gaining valuable experience in business and accounting.
Tamara is passionate about creating a great place to work for the employees at Endotherapeutics and is committed to maintaining a diverse and fair work environment, while creating structures to support and encourage employees to thrive and grow. She excels in negotiation, business planning, HR consulting, coaching, and talent attraction.
Her dedication to fostering a positive work culture ensures a productive and enjoyable workplace at Endotherapeutics. Tamara showcases her commitment to professional development by studying a Ba Health Science in addition to her already completed Ba Business (Accounting) and CPA studies. Tamara’s enthusiasm and passion in her role sees her achieving goals and encouraging others to do the same.
