The role
A Product Specialist in our Urodynamics team focuses on selling and supporting diagnostic equipment for Urology, including Urodynamics Systems, Uroflowmetry, Bladder and Ultrasound Scanners, along with a high-quality range of supporting consumables such as catheters, pessaries, lubricants, and drainage accessories. Covering Urology, Urogynaecology, and Continence markets, you will be a dynamic, driven, technically minded sales professional who exceeds targets while promoting, educating, and supporting the adoption of Endotherapeutics’ portfolio.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Driving new business through proactive territory management
- Developing and executing strategic call and territory plans
- Managing pipeline, forecasting and customer relationships via Salesforce
- Growing market share while protecting and expanding existing accounts
- Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Representing the business at industry events and meetings
- Minimum of 4 days per week spent on the road
- Regional travel across NSW as required, averaging up to one week per month cumulatively.
Territory Coverage
This role covers the full state of New South Wales. The primary focus is metropolitan Sydney, with regular planned travel to key regional centres across the state.
About you
- Education: Tertiary qualifications preferred
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare-related sales
- Urology or continence nursing background preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in developing close customer relationships and providing high levels of customer service support
- Organised, commercially minded, and results-driven
- Self-motivated team player with high energy
