A Better Solution for TE Puncture*
The FirstFit™ Surgical Kit is designed to create a primary or secondary tracheoesophageal puncture, to facilitate the placement of the included sterile Blom-Singer® Classic™ Voice Prosthesis.
Everything you need, in one sterile package. Ergonomic design of the needle and pharynx protector allowing for more control and accuracy. Colour contrast of the guidewire and inserter allowing for easy detection to adjust grip and/or slow down for steady delivery of the voice prosthesis.
Kit features:
- Inserter: retrograde insertion with pre-loaded voice prosthesis
- Pre-loaded Blom-Singer® Classic™ Voice Prosthesis: 8 different size configurations
- 13 Gauge Surgical Stainless Steel Needle: new ergonomic curve of needle to allow for more control and accuracy at puncture site
- 91cm Guidewire: reversible for easy correction; colour contrast of the guidewire and inserter allows for easy detection to adjust grip and/or slow down for steady delivery
- Pharynx Protector: the shape, size and transparency is more universally user-friendly
- VP Strap Mount: creates a secure hold during procedure
