The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and clinically experienced Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound to join our Gynaecology division.

This is a field-based clinical and technical specialist role focused on supporting the adoption of advanced ultrasound technology across the obstetric and gynaecological care pathway. You will play a critical role in bridging clinical practice and technology by delivering pre-sales demonstrations, post-sales training, and ongoing applications support across hospital, imaging and private practice environments. Working closely with the Business Manager, Regional Sales Managers and Product Specialists, you will help drive successful implementation, improve user confidence and accelerate clinical adoption of Endotherapeutics’ ultrasound portfolio. This role is central to ensuring our customers achieve optimal clinical outcomes and long-term product satisfaction.

This role is Sydney-based preferred, however we are open to considering candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver clinical and technical ultrasound demonstrations across obstetrics and gynaecology applications to support pre-sales activity
  • Provide post-sale training, in-servicing and ongoing applications support to ensure confident and competent system use
  • Support system installations, go-lives, upgrades and troubleshooting in clinical settings
  • Manage loan and evaluation systems throughout the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders
  • Support conferences, trade shows and clinical education events
  • Partner with sales and product teams on new product launches and clinical adoption strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide field insights on market and competitor activity
  • Deliver tailored clinical education and training to a range of users from trainees to senior specialists

About you

  • Qualified in sonography, medical radiation science, nursing, midwifery or a related health discipline
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound
  • Experience in clinical applications, ultrasound education or medical imaging support highly regarded
  • Confident delivering technical and clinical training to healthcare professionals
  • Strong understanding of ultrasound systems and image optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with senior clinicians
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable in a field-based role
  • Willing to travel regularly within the state and interstate.
