The role
We’re seeking a proactive and organised part-time Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing team in a broad range of coordination and general marketing tasks. This includes demo stock coordination, collateral and event logistics, internal event coordination, and general marketing support tasks. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for a student or marketing professional looking to build hands-on experience in a dynamic medical device company. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage lead distribution and CRM database to ensure accurate allocation and up-to-date contact and mailing lists
  • Coordinate marketing collateral and demo equipment logistics, including distribution, storage, and preparation of materials
  • Provide logistical and hands-on support for internal workshops and external conferences, including planning, packing, and material coordination
  • Organise staff promotional items such as business cards, polo shirts, and name badges
  • Support marketing administration through budget tracking and contribution to regular reporting activities
  • Assist in coordinating, promoting, and delivering in-house and online events, including logistical and technical webinar support
  • Assist with content posting and basic moderation on social media platform
  • Perform other administrative or marketing-related tasks as required by the team

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
  • Previous administrative or organisational experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign or Photoshop)
  • CRM (preferably Salesforce) experience or a willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Reliable, professional, and demonstrates a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to lift and pack event materials when required
