The role
Endotherapeutics is a leading medical device distributor in the laparoscopic and open surgery market. We are seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our hemostat, biologics and hernia business nationally, across our national team product specialists in GI, GYN, Urology, ENT and Plastics. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and team player, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships, developing new business opportunities and implementing successful marketing campaigns in the surgical market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue goals for biologics products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs to promote the company’s products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the company’s market share in the biologics space.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for product and business development.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training programs to customers and sales team members.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and promote the company’s products and services.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure marketing collateral such as brochures, sales sheets, and presentations are maintained and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and drive growth.
- Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services and stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and customer data in the company’s CRM system.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and business development in the Biologics market.
- Existing relationships with KOL’s in core therapeutic areas Australia-wide
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the Biologics market, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/field-based environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in marketing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
