The role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our Gynaecology (GYN) division. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technologies, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. The role of a Product Specialist is to actively promote, educate and support the adoption of the specified portfolio of Endotherapeutics products.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Drive sales growth and achieve territory sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gynaecologists, theatre staff, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service education.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Develop and execute effective territory and call plans.
- Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Attend operating theatres, customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Continuously develop product, clinical, and market knowledge.
- Complete sales administration, including CRM updates and expense reporting, in a timely manner.
Territory Coverage
This role covers: Brisbane North, the Sunshine Coast, regional Western Queensland, and North Queensland.
About you
- 3 + years of proven experience and success within medical device sales or another healthcare sales related role
- Demonstrated experience in developing close customer relationships and providing high levels of customer service support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to learn and communicate clinical and technical information
- Ability to analyse sales reports and spreadsheets in order to identify trends and changes
- Demonstrated competence in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective selling and rapport building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable
- Organised, punctual, professional
