The role

The Product Specialist – OHNS is responsible for promoting and supporting the adoption of our specialised portfolio across Central and Southern NSW. This is a field-based role with a dual focus on new business development and high-level clinical theatre support.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Driving new business through proactive territory management
  • Developing and executing strategic call and territory plans
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and customer relationships via Salesforce
  • Growing market share while protecting and expanding existing accounts
  • Providing clinical and theatre-based support
  • Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Representing the business at industry events and meetings
  • Minimum of 4 days per week spent on the road and in operating theatres with customers

Territory Coverage

This high-growth territory includes Central Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire, Campbelltown, and Wollongong.

Location

The successful candidate will ideally be based in Central Sydney, Eastern Suburbs or Sutherland Shire.

About you

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare-related sales
  • Theatre experience is essential
  • Experience in ENT, OHNS, Head & Neck, Maxillofacial or Spine is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in developing close customer relationships and providing high levels of customer service support
  • Organised, commercially minded, and results-driven
  • Self-motivated team player with high energy
