The Mobius Wound Protectors provide 360° circumferential retraction while lining the incision site to help protect wound edges from contamination.
The malleable outer ring moulds to the patient’s abdomen to provide secure, low-profile exposure during a variety of OB/GYN and laparotomy procedures, especially Caesarean Sections.
The Mobius elastic retractor is available in five different sizes, each designed to facilitate easy access and visualisation across various laparotomy procedures, including gynaecology and obstetrics surgical applications.

OB/Mobius Retractor
The OB/Mobius C-Section Retractor provides 360° circumferential retraction while the malleable outer ring moulds to the patient’s abdomen providing secure, low-profile exposure. Used frequently in the bariatric patient population due to its sturdy design, OB/Mobius stays in place throughout the procedure and is available in two size options. If preferred, the retractor design also allows for in situ suturing of the uterus, to potentially reduce postoperative pain and achieve faster recovery times. All Mobius retractors are latex-free.
